As the shift to electric vehicles (EVs) accelerates across the UK, securing a reliable, safe, and convenient home charging solution has become essential for drivers in the South West. If you’re looking for a highly-rated, professional Electrician in Bath specialising in electric vehicle charge points, you’ve come to the right place. We are your local experts dedicated to providing seamless, high-quality EV installation Bath services for homes and businesses across the city and surrounding areas.
Please fill in your details below and we will respond within 24 hours with a no-obligation quote or to discuss your requirements and arrange a site visit.
The greatest benefit of electric vehicle ownership is the ability to ‘refuel’ at home. Forget searching for public charging stations; with a home charger installed by a trusted Bath electrician, you can simply plug in overnight and wake up to a fully charged car every morning.
We understand that every home is unique, from historic terraced properties to modern new builds. Our initial consultation will assess your property’s electrical system, including your consumer unit (fuse box) and earthing arrangements, to recommend the perfect 7kW smart charger for your needs. A standard 7kW charger can add approximately 30 miles of range per hour of charging, which is perfect for overnight power-ups and far superior to charging from a standard domestic socket. We aim to make your EV installation Bath process as simple and non-disruptive as possible.
Thinking about home EV charging? It’s the easiest way to keep your car ready to go. We install chargers all over Bath, whether you’re in a Georgian terrace or a new build, and take care of the technical stuff, including sorting any paperwork with the National Grid. Check out our FAQ for costs, features, and what to expect.
Installing an EV charger is not a simple DIY job; it requires specialist electrical knowledge to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with the latest IET Wiring Regulations. Choosing a local, certified Bath electrician who understands the specific needs of the local network is crucial.
